Payment and cancellation terms

Flexible rate

  • Full amount will be charged at the booking confirmation.
  • For cancellations within 15 days before arrival the full rate will be refunded.
  • For cancellations in the 14 days before arrival date the 50% of the full amount will be refunded and the other 50% will be taken as penalty.

Non refundable rate

Full amount will be charged at the booking confirmation; no refund will be given in case of cancellations, no arrival, anticipate departure or no show.
